serenity of water
I have always been drawn to bodies of water: mountain streams, lakes, rivers, the ocean, or a trickling creek. On my last trip to Victoria, BC here in Canada, I took hundreds of photos of all manner of things on or near the water. When I was wandering along the boat docks on an overcast day, the reflections captured my imagination. This is just one of the many images I captured through my lens that day.

I think we are of the same ilk. I am a former Albertan who was so drawn to water I now reside in Vancouver, as close to the water as I can get. YOur images are stunningly beautiful!

Water is irresistible when one has a camera in hand … and even when one doesn’t!

I too feel the ocean’s pull constantly and must make my pilgrimage home to the east coast annually. This is a fantastic capture. It leaves me feeling homesick for the sea.
